About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and security checks.
- Resolve technical issues and provide support to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in IT operations or system administration.
- Experience with server management, network administration, and cloud computing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
