Field Operations Technician, Lead Photographer

About the role

We are expanding our teams in the Southwest markets, offering immediate entry-level positions in the Las Vegas Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Field work experience in areas such as Real Estate photography inspections, surveying, superintendent work, or project management
• Ability to read construction drawings and documents
• Organize and stay on schedule
• Work effectively both as a team member and independently
• Valid in-state driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Proficiency with computers, tablets, smartphones, and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn new software
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (optional but preferred)

Requirements

• Currently residing in the Las Vegas Metro area
• At least 1 year of field work experience
• Equal parts team player and self-starter
• Valid in-state driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Proficiency with computers, tablets, smartphones, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to learn new software

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction drawings and documents
• Ability to organize and stay on schedule
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Valid in-state driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Optional but preferred: FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
