Field Operations Technician, Lead Photographer
About the Role
An entry-level position offering a unique technology-driven approach to traditional field work, ideal for those who enjoy construction sites but prefer a less physically demanding role. This opportunity provides hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology on dynamic construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform field work using specialized imaging, laser scanning, drones, and other advanced technologies.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
- Maintain organization and punctuality on project sites.
- Collaborate with teams while also working independently as needed.
- Operate and learn new software and hardware tools for data capture and documentation.
Requirements
- Reside in the Phoenix Metro area and be familiar with the region.
- At least 1 year of field work experience in roles such as inspections, surveying, superintendent work, or project management.
- Ability to read construction drawings and documents.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Valid in-state driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with computers, tablets, and smartphones, including Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new software.
