Field Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Field Supervisor reports directly to our project managers and is accountable for the performance and success of daily Field Operations. Managing a field crew of 30 staff, this leader schedules, plans, prioritizes, allocates team members, and drives the completion and quality of construction cleaning projects.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, prioritize, allocate team members, and drive the completion and quality of construction cleaning projects.
• Daily dispatch, field project oversight, quality assurance, and the daily management of employee and customer expectations.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage a mix of direct reports, projects, and customers in alignment with job profitability and quality expectations while also improving processes and simplifying operations.
• Assist in coordinating our on-site Safety Program.

Requirements

Compensation: $70,000 - $77,000 annually
