Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular in-field visits to retail partner locations (including Costco) to ensure product quality, merchandising standards, and overall execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouse managers, receiving teams, and store-level staff.
  • Identify and resolve real-time operational issues related to product quality, display execution, and delivery coordination.
  • Lead and support warehouse orientations, store openings, and market support initiatives.
  • Lead, support, and provide guidance to Field Operations Representatives across multiple regions.
  • Act as a hands-on leader, stepping into field execution as needed.
  • Support training and development to drive consistent execution across markets.
  • Manage daily order flow and ensure timely and accurate submission across multiple facilities.
  • Prepare and distribute daily production sheets to commissaries.
  • Cookordination with external and internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Finance, Business Development) to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Maintain organized tracking and reporting of operational data.
  • Complete and submit detailed field reports following site visits.
  • Analyze sales and operational data to provide insights and support business decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address issues and improve overall performance.

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in operations, retail, field execution, merchandising, or a related role.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with retail or field-level partners.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, basic analysis).
  • Leadership experience (direct or indirect team support preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve in real time.
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50–60% of the time, including out-of-state travel.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and personalities.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on.
