Field Operations Specialist – Roofing & Solar
About the role
Trinity Total Home is growing and seeking a motivated, results-driven problem solver for a newly created Field Operations Specialist position. This high-visibility role involves keeping roofing and solar projects moving forward — from securing final signatures and resolving project delays to coordinating permits and collecting outstanding payments. The position offers performance-based earning opportunities and room to grow as the roofing business expands.
Benefits
- Full W-2 benefits: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off and holidays: two weeks of vacation (prorated during first year) plus paid holidays
- Paid training and professional development
- Company laptop and tools provided
- Travel expense reimbursement per company policy
- Career growth opportunities in roofing operations, project coordination, and project management
Pay
$24/hour plus monthly performance bonuses. Bonus structure: earn 2% of the value of completed, eligible field runs. The 2% run earnings must first cover the hourly rate before additional monthly bonus payments begin; once that threshold is met, eligible completed runs generate monthly bonus payments under the company's incentive plan.
