Field Operations Specialist (Nashville)

About the Role

As a Field Operations Specialist in the Nashville market, you'll be the on-site presence at one or more of our parking lots or garages, ensuring a smooth experience for customers. This part-time, hourly (W-2) position requires primary coverage daily between 5 PM-10 PM ET. You'll be employed by TalentBurst, AirGarage's Employer of Record partner, while working as part of the AirGarage field team.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned lots or garages on foot to check parked vehicles
• Provide coverage across multiple locations within the assigned area
li>Scan and verify license plates using AirGarage's Space Force app
• Issue citations to non-paying vehicles and leave physical notices
• Assist customers with payment and app guidance
• Perform light cleanup, vendor coordination, or signage assistance as needed (depending on location)

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, security, or parking operations is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for several hours outdoors in a parking lot environment
• Ownership of a modern smartphone with a reliable data plan
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned locations
li>Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently
• Positive, professional attitude when engaging with customers and stakeholders
• 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the USA

Requirements

• Successful completion of a standard background check
• Valid driver's license
• Successful completion of a motor vehicle record (MVR) check

Pay

Competitive hourly pay of up to $20, rewarding efficiency and attention to detail.
