Field Operations Specialist

Supervisory Duties

The Field Operations Specialist will assist the Superintendent with managing all construction activities on the project site while ensuring compliance with contract documents including the internal policies and procedures related to the project.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Track contractual changes and report changes.
• Aid in and oversee the preparation of project schedules, quantity tracking, and labor cost reports.
• Resolve problems as they occur on project sites.
• Maintain a good knowledge of the contract specifications, documents and the scope of work, including subcontracts and purchase orders.

Required Experience

• A High School Degree required.
• A Bachelor's degree in construction management with 0-1 years of experience in the construction industry or related fields preferred.
