Field Operations Specialist

Supervisory Duties

• Aid the Superintendent in managing all construction activities on the project site.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents including internal policies and procedures related to the project.
• Administer and monitor the project safety program.
• Perform daily job site walks and manage select self-perform labor and subcontractor operations.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Track contractual changes and report changes.
• Assist in and oversee the preparation of project schedules, quantity tracking, and labor cost reports.
• Resolve problems as they occur on project sites.
• Maintain a good knowledge of the contract specifications, documents, and the scope of work, including subcontracts and purchase orders.

Required Experience

• A High School Degree required.
• A Bachelor's degree in construction management with 0-1 years of experience in the construction industry or related fields preferred.
