Field Operations Manager - United Water Restoration

About the role

The Field Operations Manager (Emergency Restoration) oversees the field operations, including scheduling, routing, coordination of mitigation crews, job productivity, throughput and rework, field quality, safety, technician training, and equipment and fleet maintenance. This role is 24/7 accountable and involves smooth handoffs with Sales/PMs and Admin.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling, routing, and coordination of mitigation crews
• Job productivity: ensuring timely completion
• Throughput and rework: minimizing callbacks and do-overs
• Field quality, safety, and Clean Means Complete standards
• Technician training: coaching, development, and accountability
• Smooth handoffs with Sales/PMs and Admin
• Equipment and fleet maintenance
• Owning your scorecard and implementing needed changes

Requirements

• 3+ years leading field crews in trades (plumbing, HVAC, GC, mitigation, or similar)
• Experience running emergency/on-call or 24/7-style operations
• Comfortable being in the field with crews and clients
• Calm under pressure, clear communication, and fair demeanor
• Comfortable with numbers, scorecards, and high standards
• Liking to empower and teach others

Qualifications

• Competitive salary: $80,000–$90,000
• On-target earnings: $100,000–$120,000 with performance-based bonus (margins, on-time completion, rework)
