Field Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Service Representatives across CONUS and OCONUS operations
• Develop plans and pipelines for data collection and integration
• Identify data collection opportunities with tactical subject matter experts
• Interface with customer staff to enhance project outcomes
• Communicate effectively across teams and with stakeholders at various technical proficiency levels

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in ISR operations or military analysis
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Knowledge of various sensors including EO, IR, and SAR
• Previous support experience with Special Operations Forces

Pay

$135,000 – $175,000 annually
