About the role
Field Operations / Demo Manager located in Arlington, VA – Hybrid (off‑site with telework authorized). The position requires an active SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship. The role manages field operations and technology demonstrations for ONR Code 32 S&T programs, develops and executes complex technical tasks, provides technical direction to support staff, and interfaces with Government and prime contractor personnel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute complex technical tasks applying analytical problem‑solving methodologies
- Provide technical direction to support staff and effectively allocate resources
- Support the integration, demonstration, and transition of S&T programs
- Report at short notice on relevant program technologies and capabilities for executive audiences
- Coordinate across Navy and Marine Corps warfare areas
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Master of Science degree from an accredited university
- Ten (10) years of operational DoD experience
- Ten (10) years of experience managing DoD programs, field testing and evaluation, and data analysis
Qualifications
- Desired experience in Navy ERP or similar SAP systems
- Active Top Secret clearance at time of contract award
- Master of Science in a technical or managerial area
