Responsibilities

Field Operations & Property Marketing

  • Efficiently assemble, install, and remove "For Sale" yard signs and property directionals to maximize listing visibility.
  • Routinely add, update, and remove specific "riders" (agent names, features, or status updates) on existing property signs.
  • Conduct regular "vacant checks" on listed homes to ensure properties are secure, clean, and well-maintained for showings.

Client Services & Logistics

  • Transport time-sensitive paperwork, earnest money checks, and contracts between clients, escrow offices, and headquarters.
  • Execute external errands including the duplication of house keys, acquiring specific property supplies, and handling urgent client and office requests.

Office Support & Facilities Maintenance

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming corporate environment by managing office kitchen, emptying trash receptacles, and organizing common areas.
  • Routinely restock restrooms and office supply hubs with necessary essentials.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the office's back porch and external entryways.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be completely comfortable driving for the majority of the workday.
  • Ability to navigate local routes efficiently and remain alert during extended periods behind the wheel.
  • Physical capability to lift, assemble, and drive metal or wooden signposts into various ground terrains.
  • Strong communication skills and a polished appearance when interacting with clients during drop-offs.
  • Highly organized individual who can manage a changing daily task list with minimal direct supervision.
  • Tech-savvy for basic data input.

Schedule

Part-time role transitioning into a consistent workflow, with roughly 25 to 35 hours per week. Daily shifts range between 4 to 7 hours depending on the daily task volume.
