- Adhere to state-specific supervision or collaboration requirements (for PAs where applicable)
But note: Some of those are from "Important Role Expectations". We'll include them.
Now Requirements: maybe we can combine with Qualifications? The instruction includes Requirements and Qualifications separate headings. We have Qualifications content. Requirements maybe we can include things like "Active, unencumbered NP or PA license..." etc. But that's qualifications. Could treat Requirements as same as Qualifications? But we need to decide. The posting has a "Qualifications" heading. So we can put that under Qualifications. For Requirements, maybe we can include "Ability to practice within applicable state guidelines, including supervision / collaboration requirements (for PAs)" etc. But that's already in qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could either omit Requirements section if no distinct content, or we could put something like "Minimum commitment ~30 hours per month, ongoing" etc. But that's more expectations. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we might combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But headings are prescribed; we can omit a heading if no real specific content. So we can omit Requirements if we don't have distinct content separate from Qualifications. Let's see if there is any separate "Requirements" besides Qualifications. The posting includes "Important Role Expectations" which could be considered Requirements. But we already put them under Responsibilities. Could also move them to Requirements. But we need to decide.
Better: Use Responsibilities for duties, Requirements for expectations/commitments, Qualifications for licensure/experience, Benefits for what they offer, Pay for compensation, Schedule for schedule.
Thus:
Responsibilities: the core duties (conduct visits, perform exams, screenings, educate, document, operate within scope).
Requirements: Minimum commitment ~30 hours per month, ongoing; maintain ongoing monthly availability; be responsive during onboarding and scheduling; honor confirmed visits and assignments; work independently and professionally in the field; travel daily within ~55-mile radius; adhere to state-specific supervision/collaboration requirements (for PAs where applicable). Also maybe "Willing to obtain additional licensure if needed (supported by Advantmed)" could be qualification but okay.
Qualifications: Active, unencumbered NP or PA license; Ability to practice within applicable state guidelines, including supervision/collaboration requirements (for PAs); 3+ years of patient care experience preferred; Comfortable with EMR systems and independent field-based work; In-home or risk adjustment experience preferred.
Benefits: Paid training and standardized onboarding; Dedicated coordinators, scheduling, and tech support; Predictable workflows with clinical and operational support; Modern, technology-enabled documentation workflows; Flexible, provider-driven scheduling; Pre-scheduled appointments with confirmation support; Dedicated coordinator and clinical escalation support (maybe duplicate). Also "Competitive per-visit compensation + Sign on Bonus" but that's Pay.
Pay: ~$110 per completed assessment + paid mileage; Sign on Bonus ~$5000.
Schedule: Flexible weekdays; No evenings, weekends, or on‑call.
Now we need to ensure we don't repeat info. Let's craft.
