Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cook up to 480V electrical systems
• Install, configure, and update PLCs, HMIs, and other electronic equipment
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment
• Document repairs, inspections, and testing for all equipment
• Assist with rigging up and rigging down equipment as needed
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications

• Oil field experience preferred
• Strong and clear communication skills in English
• Previous experience in a mechanical or maintenance role, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Maintain a valid driver's license meeting the Company’s insurance requirements
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and occasionally more with assistance of medical devices
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb for extended periods during the workday
• Able to work underneath, around, and inside heavy equipment in small spaces
• Able to use hands and fingers for gripping, handling tools, operating diagnostic equipment, and performing precise mechanical repairs
• Able to frequently reach above shoulder level and below the waist
• Able to safely operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, jacks, hoists, and other shop equipment
• Able to climb ladders and mount/dismount heavy equipment safety
• Able to work in varying environmental conditions including heat, cold, dust, grease, noise, vibration, and exposure to chemicals or fumes
• Able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, and respirators when required
• Able to visually inspect equipment, read gauges and technical manuals, and distinguish colors related to wiring and diagnostics

Schedule

2 weeks on/ 1 week off rotation, 12-hour shifts
