Field Marketing Team Lead / Canvasser Team Lead - SD

About the role

System Pavers is growing and seeks a motivated, driven Field Marketing Team Lead to manage a team of Field Marketing Associates who will solicit sales appointments for the System Pavers sales team. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, a great communicator, organized, and a creative problem solver.

Job Responsibilities

• Manages all Field Marketing Associates
• Staffs a team of 2-5 employees
• Interviews and trains new Brand Ambassadors
• Ensures the team hits their daily and monthly appointment goals
• Motivates the team and is in the field with canvassers on a weekly basis
• Coaches and provides performance improvement plans to the team to improve appointment setting results

Experience & Skills

• Accurate and timely reporting of hours worked for the team, including overtime calculation and bonus paperwork
• Complies with all company policies and represents the company in a professional manner
• Ensures all wage hour laws are being followed for yourself and team, providing required breaks and lunches
• Uses SalesRabbit to monitor, track, and report on team's success on door-to-door efforts
• Keeps neat, orderly, and legible paperwork
• Requires outdoor work in all kinds of weather conditions
• Must have a valid drivers license that meets System Pavers insurance guidelines

Pay & Benefits

Pay is $24 per hour PLUS commission. Commission is $250 on each closed sale made from an appointment. Candidates can make up to $6000 each month including base + commission. Candidate must be able to work weekends.
