The role focuses on representing exclusive brands, creating memorable customer experiences, and generating qualified sales leads.
Responsibilities
- Represent Bath & Cabinet Experts’ exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements.
- Create memorable experiences for customers to drive brand awareness and generate sales leads.
- Showcase the Jacuzzi and Skybrook Kitchen brands at exclusive retail partner locations, driving qualified appointments.
- Engage with potential customers through friendly, informative conversations.
- Schedule sales appointments through consultative interactions.
- Support additional marketing initiatives, including follow‑up calls and lead nurturing.
- Occasionally assist with new market initiatives and training of new team members.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, friendly, and able to engage diverse audiences.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service (retail sales experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work most evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation for local travel to events with promotional materials.
- Ability to comfortably stand for extended periods.
