The role focuses on representing the company’s exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements while creating memorable customer experiences that drive brand awareness and generate sales leads.
Responsibilities
- Represent Bath & Cabinet Experts’ exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements.
- Create memorable experiences for customers to drive brand awareness and generate sales leads.
- Showcase the Jacuzzi and Skybrook Kitchen brands at exclusive retail partner locations, creating meaningful customer interactions and driving qualified appointments.
- Engage with potential customers through friendly, informative conversations.
- Schedule sales appointments through consultative interactions.
- Support additional marketing initiatives, including follow‑up calls and lead nurturing.
- Occasionally support new market initiatives and train new team members.
Requirements
- Outgoing, friendly, and able to engage diverse audiences.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service (retail sales experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work most evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation able to travel locally to events with promotional materials.
- Ability to comfortably stand for extended periods.
