Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize agents needing strategic marketing support
• Consult with agents on personal marketing strategies and showcase the "Core 4"
• Create digital marketing strategies, including social media and online profiles
• Analyze agents' digital presence and provide recommendations for improvement
• Provide ongoing assistance and support to agents
• Promote and present marketing workshops
• Support offices in various activities like awards and recognition
• Onboard newly affiliated agents and assist with their success
• Prepare personalized recruiting presentations and participate in presentations
• Attend and present at regional marketing meetings
• Communicate with leadership on key initiatives and challenges
• Stay updated on marketing regulations and protocols

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Solid understanding of design principles and digital marketing
• Experience with CRM integration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with social media marketing
• Strong presentation, writing, and public speaking skills
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
