About the role
BMC Helix is seeking a detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to execute regional field marketing programs designed to engage customers & prospects, build brand awareness, partner engagement, and customer advocacy. Reporting into the Regional Marketing Lead for North America, you will manage marketing programs from planning and budgeting through execution and performance analysis, building within the global campaign and program standards set by the Director, Demand Marketing – Global.
You will work with cross-functional teams and run events that leverage email, digital, and content channels to engage prospects and drive registrations.
Responsibilities
- Execute event campaigns designed to align with Helix's business goals and global program strategy.
- Build and run programs within global campaign/program structure and naming conventions in Salesforce, ensuring accurate pipeline and ROI reporting.
- Manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously to drive pipeline creation and growth.
- Partner with Sales, Creative, and Operations teams to build effective programs.
- Track program metrics, monitor pipeline impact, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work with your manager to allocate resources across channels to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in a B2B business environment (e.g., BDR/SDR, sales, or marketing), with demonstrated pipeline and sales collaboration fluency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on proficiency with Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM software (Salesforce).
- Excellent written and presentation skills required to brief creative teams and present program outcomes.
- Proven track record of managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $64,200 - $107,000. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business and organizational needs. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country-specific benefits.
