Field Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote (Preferred hubs are New York, San Francisco Bay Area, or Chicago) Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, 40 hours per week Compensation: $26 - $42 per hour Position Summary: Join a high-growth tech startup as a Field Marketing Specialist, supporting dynamic marketing programs across multiple industry sectors. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and the chance to develop your skills in a thriving organization.Key Responsibilities:Support the planning and execution of marketing activities including webinars, workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive meetings, and third-party sponsorships.Assist in creating and maintaining sales enablement materials, including pre- and post-event collateral, and contribute to ongoing sales communication campaigns.Streamline procurement processes and track budgets to ensure efficient program management.Document program deliverables to facilitate scalability and repeatability of successful initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and consistent messaging.Travel 2-3 times per quarter for event participation (when applicable).Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of marketing event experience within a B2B enterprise software company.Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (including managing complex spreadsheets), and Mac platforms.Demonstrated excellent customer service skills when engaging with business partners.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to travel as needed for events.Preferred Skills & Experience:Familiarity with marketing tools such as Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo.Prior experience supporting marketing initiatives across multiple locations, especially in New York, SF Bay Area, or Chicago.Passion for technology and innovative marketing strategies.At Premier Talent Partners, we are a people-centered recruitment firm with a strong focus on skills-based hiring.
