The Genesys North America Integrated Marketing team is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own the West Enterprise segment. As the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing, you will understand go-to-market (GTM) and sales priorities, apply a “CMO of the region” mindset, and build a regional field marketing plan to deliver on those priorities by generating awareness and demand through a variety of marketing channels and tactics. This role drives the regional growth engine for enterprise customer experience solutions across the West by owning the end-to-end regional marketing strategy and its impact on pipeline and revenue in both new logos and customer accounts.

You will operate as the marketing leader for the region, influencing strategy, prioritization, and execution in close partnership with sales leadership and account owners/teams. This position offers direct exposure to enterprise go-to-market initiatives, high-value accounts, and measurable business outcomes across a dynamic, fast-evolving market.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the regional field marketing strategy to drive pipeline growth, acceleration, and revenue impact across enterprise accounts
  • Develop integrated marketing plans that align with sales priorities and deliver measurable outcomes through digital, hybrid, and in-person programs
  • Drive alignment between sales, BDR, and marketing teams to ensure coordinated execution and shared accountability for pipeline targets
  • Design high-impact programs, including events and account-based experiences, that increase engagement, conversion, and deal velocity
  • Identify and activate third-party partnerships and programs to expand brand awareness, generate new pipeline, and strengthen market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales leadership and account teams to influence strategy and maximize program effectiveness
  • Manage regional marketing budget to optimize investment, track ROI, and prioritize high-performing initiatives
  • Partner with channel and partner marketing teams to extend reach, strengthen alliances, and drive joint demand generation efforts

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in field marketing within software or technology environments
  • Demonstrated success owning and delivering against pipeline generation and revenue targets
  • Experience marketing to enterprise-level accounts with complex sales cycles
  • Strong collaboration skills with a track record of partnering effectively with direct sales teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience with demand generation strategies, lead lifecycle management, and sales alignment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel 30% for customer-facing programs and internal meetings such as sales QBRs
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing and executing 1-to-many, 1-to-few, and 1-to-1 marketing programs
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and other marketing technology platforms
  • Experience working in highly matrixed, global organizations
  • Ability to operate independently while maintaining alignment with remote leadership

Pay

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $108,700.00 - $191,100.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
