About the role
The Outside Marketing Manager will promote Southern Industries in area neighborhoods through door-to-door solicitation and event scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and motivate your team.
- Work alongside your team, working events, and at big box store engagements.
- Schedule free in-home estimates.
- Be a self-starter while working in a team environment.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a managerial role.
- Able and willing to be coached.
- Energetic, persuasive personality, and positive attitude.
- A love for the outdoors!
Qualifications
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug screen.
- A valid driver's license is a must.
