Field Marketing Director

For our client, we are seeking a Field Marketing Director to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive integrated field and account-based marketing efforts that support enterprise software growth and strengthen engagement with priority buyers. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to build targeted programs, improve segmentation, and increase pipeline impact. You will also analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and ensure marketing activities are aligned with business objectives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Own integrated marketing strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams Develop marketing programs that address key target buyer interests Create awareness and nurture relationships within target accounts Design and execute account-based marketing initiatives Analyze and optimize marketing programs and ABM initiatives Identify improvement opportunities for audience segmentation and marketing techniques Collaborate with Sales and other teams to ensure marketing program effectiveness Maintain a detailed account and contact database Qualifications 10+ years of enterprise software marketing experience Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Proficient in social media tools like LinkedIn and Twitter Experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly Marketo Positive attitude and a team player with a growth mindset Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance Flexible PTO and company paid holidays Retirement programs 1% charitable giving program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
