About the role
Celsius Field Marketing Ambassadors are the local face of our national brand. You’ll bring the brand to life by executing national marketing objectives, strategies, and tactical programs. This role involves developing and supporting dynamic consumer sampling opportunities, collaborating with the sales team to achieve joint goals, and managing day-to-day operations and logistics in your market. Your goal is to create consumer trial, build heavy usage, grow awareness, drive brand image, and generate word-of-mouth buzz.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and distribute Alani at designated events, trade shows, festivals, and other high-traffic locations.
- Engage with consumers, provide product information, and highlight benefits and unique selling points.
- Encourage product trial by offering samples and creating positive, memorable experiences for potential customers.
- Embody the brand’s values, personality, and mission to foster a strong connection with the target audience.
- Dress in accordance with brand guidelines to maintain a professional and approachable appearance.
- Use interpersonal skills to build relationships with consumers and potential brand advocates.
- Overcome consumer objections and answer product questions knowledgeably.
- Maintain the branded sampling vehicle, ensuring it remains in premium condition both on and off the road.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events to ensure seamless operations and successful outcomes.
- Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and team members to optimize brand visibility and maximize consumer engagement.
- Manage inventory and supplies at storage units and events.
- Gather customer feedback and insights on product preferences, brand perception, and market trends.
- Record and report data from activations after each shift.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Willingness and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
- Clean driving record (valid state driver’s license and MVR check required).
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to consistently lift 25 lbs.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
- Energetic, outgoing, and approachable demeanor to attract and retain customer interest.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage event logistics and maintain supplies efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate event schedules.
- Must be able to attend and actively participate in 1-2 team meetings per month.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in promotional events, customer service, or brand ambassador roles is a plus.
Pay
$25-30/hour
