Key Responsibilities

  • Execute High-Impact Events & Trade Shows (40%)
    • Support on-ground execution of flagship events like WOC, AHR, New York Build Expo, and regional construction conferences
    • Manage logistics: booth setup, demos coordination, swag, vendor partners, and on-ground operations
    • Ensure a standout booth experience that drives high engagement and demo conversions
  • Drive Pipeline from the Field (25%)
    • Capture and qualify leads at events and ensure seamless handoff to SDRs and Sales
    • Help drive meetings, demos, and pilot sign-ups directly from field programs
    • Track pipeline contribution and support follow-ups post-event
  • Support Pre-Event & Post-Event Campaigns (15%)
    • Coordinate with marketing to drive event attendance via email, LinkedIn, and outbound
    • Assist with post-event nurturing and retargeting campaigns
    • Work closely with SDRs to align outreach around field events
  • Partner with Sales & Customers (10%)
    • Collaborate with Sales to identify target accounts and VIP prospects for events
    • Support customer meetups and capture testimonials, feedback, and insights
    • Act as a strong on-ground extension of the Beam AI brand
  • Track Performance & Insights (10%)
    • Maintain clean and accurate data on HubSpot / Salesforce
    • Track key metrics: leads, meetings, demos
    • Deliver post-event reports with actionable insights

Required Skills & Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or business development
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong communicator who is comfortable engaging with prospects in-person
  • Willing to travel frequently (30–50%) across the US
  • Excited about AI, construction, and fast-growing SaaS environments

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Events executed per quarter (quality + scale)
  • Leads captured and qualified
  • Meetings/demos generated from events
  • Pipeline contribution influenced by field marketing
  • Event-to-pipeline conversion rates

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

  • Execute 5–8+ high-impact events with strong operational excellence
  • Contribute meaningfully to pipeline and pilot generation
  • Become a trusted partner to Sales for field-driven growth
  • Independently own smaller regional events and activations
