Field Manager- Retail Merchandising (Travel)

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site teams in retail construction projects, from fixture installation to merchandising magic.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure their vision comes to life.
• Keep track of operational metrics and develop smarter, more efficient ways to work.
• Communicate like a pro—whether it’s resolving issues, coaching team members, or updating stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, training, and seamless execution of projects, keeping everything on schedule and on budget.
• Coach Team Leads and support Project Managers.
• Drive project execution in dynamic environments.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of fixture installation and/or retail construction experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing multi-site operations.
• 2+ years of leading projects in national big-box retail stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
• Experience managing multi-state operations (preferred).
• Hands-on experience meeting with corporate clients (preferred).
• Proficiency in project management software like Cruxos (preferred).

Pay

NC Salaried: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00/year

Schedule

Some night and weekend work may be required; up to 75% nationwide travel; work in both office settings and on‑site at client locations.
