Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for maintenance personnel
  • Train technicians on operation, maintenance, and repair of automation systems
  • Conduct both classroom and hands-on training on troubleshooting techniques
  • Teach diagnostic and debugging skills for PLCs and robotic systems
  • Collaborate with teams to assess ongoing training needs and skill gaps
  • Enhance training materials and methods for continuous improvement
  • Travel to customer sites for training and operational support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of technical training, coaching, or instructional experience in industrial or automation environments
  • Minimum of 2 years of industrial controls, automation, or robotics experience
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and technical training delivery methods
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and present effectively in both classroom and field environments
  • Experience with DDC systems, industrial robotics, or automation platforms
