Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for maintenance personnel
- Train technicians on operation, maintenance, and repair of automation systems
- Conduct both classroom and hands-on training on troubleshooting techniques
- Teach diagnostic and debugging skills for PLCs and robotic systems
- Collaborate with teams to assess ongoing training needs and skill gaps
- Enhance training materials and methods for continuous improvement
- Travel to customer sites for training and operational support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of technical training, coaching, or instructional experience in industrial or automation environments
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial controls, automation, or robotics experience
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and technical training delivery methods
- Ability to lead technical discussions and present effectively in both classroom and field environments
- Experience with DDC systems, industrial robotics, or automation platforms
