Responsibilities

• Maintain modular equipment in the field at customer sites.
• Perform problem solving maintenance for but not limited to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and construction in the field of modular buildings.
• Update and record information on company assets and systems.
• Perform routine evaluations of work to be performed.
• Safely operate Company provided vehicle (
• Install and repair equipment, and train customer employees on how to maintain machinery.
• Perform trial run of machinery to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Be dispatched from your home to job sites but also frequently go to the yard in Pasadena, TX to get materials.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of prior experience in construction, maintenance or related work.
• Able to communicate with Customer’s regarding work status and service concerns.
• Must be able to do local travel daily in Company Truck.
• May be required to drive extended distances to customer sites in Company truck.
• Able to do occasional overnight travel to jobsites out of state.
• TWIC card or ability to get one.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice to Haves

• EPA universal certification combined with HVAC experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Special Considerations

• Position requires manual dexterity and the ability to maintain physical activity for most of the day.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and hold or lift a variety of objects.
• Able to carry, bend, stoop, turn, kneel, crawl, climb a ladder and other manual labor activities.
