About the role
This opportunity supports field-based maintenance activity within a major U.S. natural gas and oil producer with a strong operational footprint in unconventional energy development. The role focuses on equipment maintenance, gas process piping and flow, and lower horsepower industrial engines, while helping maintain safe and efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out maintenance activities involving manual labour in an operational field environment.
- Basic mechanical experience with lower horsepower industrial engines, including equipment such as Arrow, PSI, and Zenith.
- Experience working with planned and prioritised maintenance schedules in coordination with wider operational teams.
- Supporting contractor performance standards and working in line with environmental, safety, and operational expectations.
- Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call schedule as determined by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's Licence (Required)
- Experience carrying out maintenance activities involving manual labour in an operational field environment.
- Basic mechanical experience with lower horsepower industrial engines, including equipment such as Arrow, PSI, and Zenith.
- Experience working with planned and prioritised maintenance schedules in coordination with wider operational teams.
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in equipment maintenance.
- Basic understanding of gas process piping and flow.
- Ability to follow established processes, standards, and specification criteria during daily work activities.
- Basic Microsoft Office and word processing skills.
- 1–2 years of related job experience preferred.
