Field Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Field Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all company vehicles and equipment in the field. This includes ensuring that all vehicles are maintained according to manufacturer specifications and that all equipment is functioning properly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company vehicles and equipment in the field.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained according to manufacturer specifications.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Document all maintenance activities and submit reports as required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software.
• Knowledge of fleet management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or related field (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office.
• Experience with fleet management software.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Pay
