Responsibilities
- Delivers patient care to assigned patients, providing care for clients as ordered including IV infusions, infusion pumps, and tube feedings under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Identifies, implements, and maintains appropriate teaching plans for patients and caregivers under direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Follows plan of care and collaborates with Registered Nurse regarding patient response to treatment and change in status.
- Utilizes nursing knowledge in the administration of medication and evaluation of effectiveness when applicable.
Requirements
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- LPN (Registered Nurse) License
- Driver's License, State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
- Required Associate's or Diploma Nursing
- Required 1 year Licensed Practical Nurse

Schedule
Fully time, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., no weekend work, no on-call, home visits in assigned service area: Pasco County surrounding areas.
