Field Linehaul Support Rep

About the role

The Field Linehaul Support Rep is responsible for providing support to linehaul operations.

Responsibilities

• Support dispatch and field operations
• Handle various tasks and changing priorities
• Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy
• Communicate with various audiences
• Work productively in a team environment
• Implement operational processes
• Understand and comply with transportation regulations and DOT requirements
• Use Microsoft Office software and web-based applications

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Dispatch experience preferred.
• Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with various audiences.
• Knowledge of concepts, practices, procedures, and transportation regulations used in Linehaul field operations, including DOT regulations.
• Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.

• Experience in linehaul operations
• Experience with transportation regulations and DOT compliance
