Job Summary
The Field Inventory Clerk position involves processing Inventory transfer documents and Sales Rep sample stock tracing. The role requires working with the team of Field Inventory Trunkstock Coordinators and the nationwide sales force to ensure accurate recording of trunkstock transactions.
Essential Job Functions
- Receive and process Stock Transfer documents.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and replenishment of trunkstock transactions.
- Avoid backlog of the Stock Transfer inbox by timely processing.
- Cook up, assist, and review the transfer of product.
- Coordinate with Territory Managers, Procedural Specialists, and Associate Sales Representatives to maintain accurate trunkstock par levels.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to assist in meeting division's field inventory goals, including Customer Service and Contracts.
- Assist the sales team with product movement.
Basic Skills/Competencies Required
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and database software, within a Windows based environment.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of business operations or customer service experience preferred.
Physical Demands
- Regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and office equipment.
- Frequently talk and hear.
- Occasionally reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel or crouch.
Work Environment
The employee may be in an open cubicle environment while performing the duties of this job. Candidate must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Work from home, or any other type of remote work is not an option.
