Responsibilities

  • Completing assigned projects on time and within budget constraints.
  • Effectively utilizing tools and equipment assigned to accomplish project tasks.
  • Ensuring all safety programs and requirements are followed and fulfilled.
  • Fulfilling quality standards, governmental regulations, and contractual requirements.
  • Maintaining and securing the work area to prevent theft or damage to company property.
  • Installing stainless steel equipment and process piping.
  • Using various measuring tools and equipment to accurately position and align piping systems, ductwork, vessels, machinery, and other process components.
  • Welding pipe, tube, ductwork, field-assembled vessels, and components.
  • Maintaining good relationships with fellow workers, contractors, and customer personnel.
  • Assisting the Construction Supervisor in training new employees.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience working in similar working capacity.
  • TIG welding experience preferred.
