Field / Installation Technician - Burnsville, MN

Responsibilities
- Pick up and load the company vehicle at our location each morning
- Install and repair accessibility products, including wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and ceiling lifts
- Explain the project to the customer and answer any questions they may have
- Enter work order and inventory data into our system (basic computer skills required)
- Receive paid manufacturer training and hands-on learning to develop your skills
- Work independently or as part of a two-person team
- Jobs may range from a few hours to a few days—no overnight travel required
- Occasional Saturday overtime available
- All tools provided
Requirements
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills for work orders and inventory
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Background in construction, carpentry, HVAC, solar, or other installation/service trades is a plus
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work overhead for short periods
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors year-round
- Able to climb ladders, crouch, and occasionally work in confined spaces and at heights
Skills
- Customer service and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on work experience in construction, carpentry, HVAC, or solar

Pay
Our pay starts at $15.00 per hour, with the potential for performance-based bonuses and raises based on your performance and the number of customers served.
Schedule
Full-Time, Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturday overtime available)
