Field Inspector III

About the role
The Field Inspector (Level 3) performs inspections for all multi-channel products using the iInspector application to collect information and capture quality images for various equipment and inspection types. The role requires proficient equipment operator experience, a comprehensive understanding of common and specialized equipment types, and professional communication with sales staff and external customers for effective inspection processing. Inspectors collaborate daily with Inspection Liaisons and regional inspectors to prioritize workflow in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Use iInspector application to complete inspections for various equipment and inspection product types
- Coordinate and/or perform tasks to prepare equipment for inspection
- Create strategic routes that drive overall efficiency for remote inspections
- Navigate unique equipment types to select the proper inspection checklist for content accuracy
- Make equipment condition assessments and provide thorough descriptive information
- Action inspection type upgrades or downgrades to align with equipment condition when warranted
- Communicate and resolve equipment identification and readiness issues
- Navigate and resolve technical concerns related to the iInspector app and inspection content processing
- Organize daily tasks to drive effective sale processing for multi-channel products
- Act as a lead onsite coordinator for large remote sales and mentor junior-level inspectors
- Support auction day activities as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a related equipment industry environment
- Field office and outdoor work environment
