Field Inspector-Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan
We are a Nationwide Inspection Company seeking candidates with at least 3 years experience in the insurance inspection industry. Candidate must have knowledge in construction classifications (ISO classes 1-6), general liability, workers compensation and liquor liability exposures.
About the role
We currently inspect mostly commercial type risks ranging from main street retail, restaurants, offices, service stations, convenience stores and apartment buildings. We also inspect residential risks (1-4 family dwellings).
Responsibilities
- Knowledge in construction classifications (ISO classes 1-6), general liability, workers compensation and liquor liability exposures.
- Inspect commercial and residential risks.
- Use a car, digital camera and high speed internet connection.
- Access and submit reports through our state of the art website.
- Paid per inspection with fees ranging depending on the size of the risk or supplements submitted.
- Work throughout the country, with a heavy need in upper Manhattan, the Bronx, and Brooklyn. Additional opportunities available in the Tri-State area, Florida, Kansas, Virginia, and throughout the country.
