Field Graphics Installer

With guidance, the graphics installer will visit stores to update weathered signage, verify signage compliance, and complete store-requested service tickets. The installer will also help when needed with sign production and other needs in the office ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities:Coordinate, distribute, and install various signage at company stores including but not limited to large format vinyl decals and coroplast signsVisit new stores to set up for opening day. This would consist of applying various decals inside and outside and would require overnight stay.Ensure quality and brand standards are upheld across all marketing materialsHave a thorough understanding of the ticket system. Generate daily store visits from the tickets. Close out tickets in a timely mannerOperate large format printing, plotting, and cutting machinery when needed.Collaborate closely with the marketing department to ensure integration of marketing efforts, on-brand messaging, and successful outcomes in support of the organization's strategic goalsParticipate in and complete other marketing-related activities as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of sign productionAble to manage a variety of timelines and multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationshipsEarn the trust of others through open, honest communication and follow-throughPlan work and schedule activities so deadlines and objectives are metRespectfully interact with co‐workersAccountable to act with integrity, adhere to company expectations of performance and behavior, abide by work rules, and demonstrate high standards of moral and ethical conduct at all timesDemonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to work independently and prioritize workSelf-motivated with a ready-to-learn attitudeHas an open mindset and is adaptable when necessary EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS Required:Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to go between stores frequently, safely and without difficulty Preferred:At least 1 year of sign production and/or installation experienceExperience working with wide-format printers and plottersAbility to use a wide range of graphic design tools and software PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods sitting/standing at a work tableClimbing, kneeling, lifting, pushing, pulling, and ladder usage will be requiredMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds at timesMust be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments with varying climates TRAVELThis position requires roughly 75% travel between storesWill be required to travel and operate company vehicles at our locations between SC and FLOccasional overnight stays will be required during the workweekMust be able to travel to new stores before their scheduled openingsOvertime for special occasions with advanced notice may be necessary Parker’s is an equal-opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
