Areas of Accountability

• Learn and understand company safety policies and procedures and enforce compliance
• Ensure equipment is safe and reliable in order to reduce equipment downtime and ensure schedules are met
• Demonstrate ambition to develop personal skills for further advancement
• Connect rigging to hoist assemblies in place
• Unload assemblies
• Operate tools such as grinders, saws and drills
• Install bolted connections
• Communicate with Foreman on daily tasks
• Measure and layout work
• Assemble components per assembly drawings
• Direct equipment operators including crane operators
• Operate telescoping forklift
• Work directly with Field Supervisor to plan upcoming week

Qualifications

• Knowledge & Skills: Ability to operate telescope forklifts
• Education: HS diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Ability to read installation assembly drawings. Have a valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements

• Applicants must be able to walk and stand on feet for extended period of time
• Lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs.
• Crawl on hands and knees
• Climb a ladder
• Be able to work for long hours
