Field Fleet Supervisor
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About Us: description of company. Could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is separate from "About Us". The posting includes "About This Role" which describes the role. So we can have an
About the role
with that paragraph. - Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" list of duties. So we can haveResponsibilities
with- items.
- Requirements: "What You'll Bring" includes preferred qualifications, experience, etc. Could be split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting includes: General understanding..., Basic understanding..., Experience..., Experience..., Proficiency..., Strong organizational..., Ability..., Previous fleet... etc. We can categorize: Requirements (maybe mandatory?), Qualifications (preferred?), Skills (technical). But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one section "Requirements" covering all. However instructions list possible headings; we can choose to include only those with substantive content. We have content for Responsibilities, Requirements (What You'll Bring), Benefits (What You'll Get). Also we have Travel Requirements (travel required) and Physical Qualifications. Those could be part of Requirements or separate sections like "Travel Requirements" and "Physical Qualifications". But we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No Travel or Physical. So we should incorporate travel and physical into Requirements or maybe as part of Responsibilities? Probably include them under Requirements as they are job requirements.
Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section.
Schedule: Not mentioned (no specific schedule). So omit.
Benefits: Yes, "What You'll Get" includes benefits details. So include Benefits section.
Qualifications and Skills: Could split "What You'll Bring" into Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (technical). But we have limited headings; we could include both Qualifications and Skills if we have distinct content. Let's see: The "What You'll Bring" includes:
- General understanding of fleet, equipment, automotive, heavy equipment, construction, warehouse, or shop operations preferred.
- Basic understanding of DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations preferred.
- Experience with purchasing, purchase orders, inventory, tooling, shop tooling, parts, or equipment tracking preferred.
- Experience with equipment telematics, GPS, vehicle camera systems, or similar fleet technology preferred.
- Experience with Oracle JD Edwards, Hubble Insight, or similar fleet, maintenance, purchasing, or asset management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous fleet or equipment coordination experience preferred; candidates with related administrative, shop, purchasing, logistics, or construction experience will be considered.
- Travel Requirements Position is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Regular travel throughout Oklahoma and Texas is required to support fleet, shop, and field operations.
- Physical Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to climb steps, ladders, and access heavy construction equipment. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required. Must be able to travel to support projects as needed.
We could split: Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (technical proficiency). But the instructions say prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe just one "Requirements" section covering all. However we also have separate "Benefits". And "About the role". That's three sections.
We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must remove EEO boilerplate at end. So omit that.
We need to preserve all substantive information: include About Us? The instructions say use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. The "About Us" is company overview; maybe we could include it under "About the role"? But that is about the role, not company. However we could include a brief paragraph about company as part of About the role? The instructions: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". It doesn't forbid including company overview. But we have no heading for "About Us". Could we include it as a
before the first heading? The instructions: Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. It didn't say we cannot have stray paragraphs outside headings. But they gave examples of headings to use. Probably they expect we structure with headings and content under them. The company overview could be placed under "About the role" as part of description? But the "About This Role" already describes role; we could prepend company overview as a separate
before the heading? Might be okay but better to incorporate into "About the role" as an introductory paragraph about the company then role description. However the instructions say "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we could have a section "About the role" that includes both company overview and role description. That seems acceptable. Thus:
