About the role
Join SEAOIL, the largest and leading independent fuel company in the Philippines, as a Field Finance Operations Officer and contribute to our retail expansion initiative by analyzing data and making sound recommendations for site acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data submitted by Field Planners through FPAF and Acquirers through COBALT to recommend whether to proceed with site acquisition.
- Run data submitted by Field Planners and COBALT submissions from Acquirers in the DCF model.
- Build proper context for all endorsed sites to ensure accurate representation of area, market, and site by following strict data analysis processes and conforming to pre-approved economic hurdle rates.
- Coordinate closely with Field Planners to acquire the right data for analysis, ensuring all submitted data is final or can be adjusted based on analysis results.
- Create conforme with approved rates and terms for Acquirers to present to lot owners during negotiations.
- Monitor databases to track analysis, assessments, and other relevant data regarding site leads.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in operations and minimal experience in financial data analysis and business accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management, Economics, Business, Engineering, or other related courses.
- Willing to handle the Tarlac area.
