Field Engineer - US Remote

Responsibilities

• Install and support Video applications at the client site; these can be Azure cloud-based, Linux-based, or Windows-based, depending on the customer's requirements.
• Develop and implement the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Evaluate system specifications for business requirements.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs.
• Install In-Car Police Video and Body Worn Camera hardware.
• Train end users on the functionality of end-to-end usage of the video system.

Requirements

• High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of experience in one of the following: LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, Radio Frequency, Motorola equipment, Wireless Communication Systems, IT Systems, Video Systems, Telecommunications, and Public Safety experience.
• CompTIA Certifications required.
• Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within the Eastern and Southeastern Regions as needed.
• This position is subject to working in high-security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and requires passing a stringent fingerprint background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience working in a Field Service environment.
• Experience installing and implementing processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Pay

Target base salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 USD. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
