The Field Engineer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of field engineers in delivering high-quality service to clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure timely completion of projects
• Train and mentor field engineers to improve their skills and performance
• Resolve complex issues and provide technical guidance to field teams
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project goals
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or related field
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana
• Ability to travel up to 50%
