Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field activities and coordinate work execution across assigned project areas.
- Work closely with project managers, field engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Monitor project progress, manpower needs, field productivity, and schedule alignment.
- Support coordination of materials, equipment, work areas, inspections, and field logistics.
- Help resolve field issues, remove roadblocks, and communicate updates to project leadership.
- Ensure field teams follow project requirements, site procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Support documentation of daily work progress, field reports, issues, and corrective actions.
- Participate in site meetings, coordination meetings, walkdowns, and project updates.
- Cook with QA/QC and safety teams to ensure work is completed to required standards.
- Coordinate punch list, turnover, and closeout activities as needed.
- Perform additional field management duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of field management, construction supervision, project coordination, or site leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in semiconductor, MEP, piping, welding, industrial construction, or high-tech facility projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of active construction site operations, field coordination, and project execution.
- Able to read drawings, schedules, specifications, and field documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Able to coordinate with multiple teams and manage competing field priorities.
- Comfortable working full-time on active construction sites.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and project documentation.
- OSHA 30 preferred.
- Mandarin-English bilingual ability is strongly preferred.
