About the role

Acuative is seeking a dependable and technically capable hands-on Field Service Technician to provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and Smart Hands support for network and technology infrastructure at customer locations. Technicians work with a wide variety of network, communications, computing, and low-voltage infrastructure and frequently coordinate with remote Network Operations Centers (NOCs), engineers, project coordinators, and customer technical teams to complete installations and resolve service issues. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position that includes a company vehicle, gas card, inventory, and training.
