What You Will Do
- Affords assistance in supervising craft employees assigned to a particular construction discipline work area, such as electrical, piping, erection of structural steel, rebar, duct work, etc.
- Serves as a liaison between field engineering and crafts to ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications.
- Assists in planning work schedules, determining manpower levels, material quantities, equipment requirements, etc.
- Maintains oversight of work performance and productivity of crafts to ensure adherence to project rules, procedures, safety requirements, etc.
- Advices senior level superintendents and/or project management of potential issues, work interference, schedule difficulties, etc.; assists in resolving such issues as needed.
- Maintains communication with other departments, such as Purchasing, engineering, etc., as necessary to support the construction schedule.
- Performs additional assignments as directed by supervisors.

What You Bring
- Minimum high school diploma/GED; four-year degree preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client relations skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Salary range typically between $49,100 – $73,600 annually.
