Field Engineer

The Role

The Field Engineer is responsible for assisting the Superintendent in a hands-on, team-focused environment in all aspects of projects from startup through closeout. The Field Engineer ensures the work is completed on time, within budget, while adhering to Willmeng’s quality standards.

What you will accomplish

• Promoting and ensuring site safety.
• Aiding in schedule management.
• Maintaining knowledge of the day-to-day field operations for assigned project(s).
• Planning, coordinating, sequencing work, procuring materials, and supervising subcontractors and vendors.

What we would like you to have

• BS or MS in Construction Engineering preferred or a BS in Engineering with relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a collaborative environment.
• Proficient in construction software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
