Field Engineer

Wharton-Smith, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Engineer for the Water/Wastewater Division in the Brooksville, FL area.

Responsibilities

• Layout and surveying
• Maintaining as-builts
• Assist with developing work plans
• Subcontractor coordination
• Material ordering, tracking, and logging
• Reviewing contract documents
• Submittal development and review
• Quality control
• Safety review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or other relevant degree

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
• Survey/Layout knowledge
• Strong communication skills
