Field Engineer
You will collaborate with a talented team and dive into challenging technical problems to meet tight deadlines associated with on-site deployment of autonomous robotic systems. This position requires a unique combination of flexibility, ownership, oversight, creativity, innovation, leadership, bias for action, as well as effective communication skills.

- Apply innovative problem-solving skills to meet tight deadlines
Requirements
- Intermediate-level experience in troubleshooting technical systems
- Prior success in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Experience leading or coordinating operations teams in engineering, manufacturing, or similar environments (preferred)
- Experience working in technical environments such as manufacturing, construction, automotive, or relatable engineering fields (preferred)
- Ability to coach, mentor, and grow with a desire to learn and lead

Pay
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $51.60 per hour.
Schedule
- This is a contract position with an anticipated close date of August 6, 2026.
- Fully onsite role based in Spokane, WA.
